Loaner Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants renting a computer through the loaner rental program agree to be responsible for the safe keeping of the rented laptop computer and agree to reimburse electronicwarranty.com for any loss or damage that might occur. You agree not to disassemble the equipment for any purpose nor will you tamper with its internal components in any way unless given written permission by electronicwarranty.com. In the event of total equipment loss due to theft, fire, damage, opening or tampering with the equipment, or any other cause, the customer agrees to pay electronicwarranty.com the full replacement value of the lap-top computer.
2. The thirty day rental period is inclusive of shipping time.
3. The loaned computer should be returned once they receive their fixed computer or within 30 days which ever is sooner.
4. A credit card will be required with the rental and authorization of credit with the credit card issuer for $300 is required until the lap-top rental is safely returned.  Electronicwarranty.com does not process the amount unless the rented computer is not safely returned. Once the lap-top computer is returned the authorization of credit will be released.
5. Please note that all computers are wiped clean of data upon return and Electronicwarranty.com is not responsible for any data left on the rented computer.
6. The Lap-top loaner program, as with all programs, can be discontinued or changed at any time without notice at the discretion of electronicwarranty.com.
