Geoff Green

President and CEO

Geoff brings a wealth of managerial and operational experience to the Extended Warranty Group, including twenty years of marketing and general management experience with organizations such as Citigroup, AIG, GE Capital and American Express. His most recent position was Vice President of New Products and Expansion for Citigroup where he was responsible for developing new products/businesses and creating new revenue streams for the credit card, mortgage and retail distribution businesses. Prior to Citigroup, Geoff managed a direct marketing business venture for AIG in twenty-seven countries. Geoff holds a BA in Chinese History and Economics from the University of California and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Bruce Hammersley

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has over twenty years of financial and business management experience, including seventeen years with HSBC where he held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, Chief Financial Officer of Household Finance Canada, and Managing Director of Business Development/Retail Services. Hammersley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Landry

Vice President of Business Development

Jason has a diversified international background in finance, business development and process improvement. Most recently, Jason led transformation efforts at Sun Microsystems to align corporate strategy with its business processes and improve financial performance. Prior to Sun, Jason worked at AMR (American Airlines and Sabre Holdings), where he successfully improved operational and financial performance through alliance development, process improvement and financial management. Jason earned a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.

Peter Ehat

Chief Technical Officer

Peter's up and coming career includes experience in technology management roles in companies offering web development and cutting-edge internet technologies. Peter most recently served as CTO of SEO.com—the world leader in search engine optimization techniques and services. Peter specializes in web marketing and application development, especially dealing with open source technologies and frameworks. Through management and industry experience he has proven extremely effective in web development, planning and web solutions implementation. Peter holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University where he studied Graphic Design and Information Technology.
